Hit & Run Sports, Inc. is an indoor baseball and softball training center with 6000 sq. ft of training area designed for youths and adults of all ages. Our area is flexible with portable mounds to accomodate various group sizes. Hit & Run Sports offers 3 hitting tunnels, 4 hitting stations, a bullpen area with pitching mounds, batting tees, L-screens, 2 pitching machines, fitness room, conference room, flat screen TV, free wi-fi internet, and a party room. Hit & Run has all the tools you need to become better softball and baseball players.

Hit & Run Sports is located at 60 Firemens Way Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. We are directly across the street from the UPS Warehouse off RT.55 or Noxon Rd.

Hit & Run Sports offers ample parking and can handle groups of all sizes. Our turf play area can be used for all types of sports and activities and our staff would be happy to design a birthday party your child will love!
